Zimbra gives you the ability to share your document briefcase with others in your chapter board.  Once someone on your chapter shares a briefcase with you then here are the steps to accept the share:

1.  Login to your Zimbra account and check your eMail.  You will have a new email that looks like this...

2.  Once the email is open click on the 'accept' button...

3. You will not be able to see the new briefcase share in your 'Briefcase' tab...

You should now be able to use the shared briefcase as if it were your own.
