Zimbra gives you the ability to share your document briefcase with others in your chapter board.  Here are the steps:

1.  Login to your Zimbra account.

2.  Click on the 'Briefcase' tab...

3.  Click on the folder you want to share...

4.  Select the appropriate permissions.  Select the email address of the person or distribution list you want to share your folder with.  Please rmember to make the right permissions selection.  This is an important step...

5.  Once you've pressed Ok then an invitation email will be sent to the invitee's email box.

6.  The invitee then needs to open their briefcase share invitation...

7.  Once the email is open click on the 'accept' button...

8.  You will not be able to see the new briefcase share in your 'Briefcase' tab...

You should now be able to use the shared briefcase as if it were your own.
